"Los Almendros" is a warehouse with seven flexible spaces from 1,392 m2, which includes a NFPA approved fire protection network, a Pintro sheet roof with heat insulation, natural light filtration through translucent sheets, high quality interior details, maneuver yard greater than 30m and a total of 54 parking lots for cars. It has a design capacity to install 14 platforms with hydraulic levelers and 7 ramps.
